Cassandra Dominguez, our beauty ambassador, is dedicated to ensuring each client experiences the magic of Beauty by Laura.

Owner

Laura Dominguez

Laura has been in the beauty industry all her life growing up in her mother’s salon. She began her career in 1994 after acquiring her cosmetology license at J Boutique College of Beauty. She later assisted in opening and operating her family’s second salon, Glamorous Look, where she learned and offered her first lash perms. After 18 years of providing various services she decided to venture out on her own, opening Beauty by Laura, now in Point Loma specializing and perfecting the Lash Lift. Laura only uses top quality products. Laura is highly skilled and well known for her attention to detail, gentle touch, and genuine empathy for her clients.

Alicia

Alicia is a cosmetologist with a focus of lashes, laminations, waxing, and tooth gems. With a philosophy rooted in individuality, Alicia crafts services that celebrate your unique essence. Her favorite beauty tip? Be true to who you are and express yourself unapologetically – a mantra she weaves into every lash lift and gem application. Off-duty, Alicia's zest for life extends to her love for art, fashion, and thrilling adventures. When she's not perfecting lashes, you'll find her whipping up culinary masterpieces or getting crafty with arts and crafts.

With over 15 years as a licensed cosmetologist, Tania is your go-to guru for all things lashes. Lash lifting since 2022 and Elleebana certified, she turns every appointment into a masterpiece. Tania's love for the lash industry is contagious, and she's always on the quest to outdo her last lash transformation. When she's not up to lash magic, this mama of three, born and raised in sunny San Diego, is adding a sprinkle of fun to every day. With a heart as warm as her hometown and a spirit as playful as her lash designs.
